- Responsible to assist in the development of a realistic project plan and schedule to meet the project objectives ;
- Adhering to the Project and Area Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) ;
- Compiling (CPM) Critical Path Method, logic networks ;
- Responsible for ensuring that all Project standards procedures and systems for project planning and scheduling are followed ;
- Assisting in coordinating the planning and scheduling functions for areas and disciplines assigned and ensuring the schedules are integrated into one integrated EPC contract schedule, (Master Plan) ;
- Responsible for the planning progress covering the construction progress and productivity reporting for work areas assigned ;
- Assist in the integration of the contractor’s level 4/5 plans and schedules into the level 3 master schedule in accordance to the HT standards and contract requirements ;
- Produce and distribute reports on a weekly / monthly basis for progress updating ;

• University degree in Engineering
• Junior positions: A minimum of at least 2/3 years experience in Planning on EPC O&G or LNG projects (S curves, progress measurement, reporting, preparation and monitoring of planning...)
• Senior position: A minimum of at least 10 years experience in Planning on EPC O&G or LNG projects
• Management of Office, ERP software (Oracle), Access databases
• Mandatory: Management of PRIMAVERA P6v7
• Fluent in English and Spanish
