We are now looking for an important position based in Barcelona. CUSTOMER SERVICE-PRESALES SPECIALIST Main Functions: - You will focus on updating the existing installed base of customers - Understanding customer’s problems and recommend solutions to meet their needs, - Ensuring customer satisfaction. - And inviting to our client´s events Vacancy summary: - JobType: Permanent - Considerable investment in employees and their career development (including intensive Foundation Training course, product, sales and personal skills development training). -We offer a challenge, dynamic and great work environment. - Competitive, performance related salary. - Hours: Full time - 39 hours per week. M to Th over 9am - 17pm and Fr over 9am -16pm
Qualifications: - Scientific studies mainly Biology, Chemistry or similar. -At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Presales mainly with laboratories and Universities as a clients - Microsoft Office user - Knowledge in scientific equipment and laboratory instruments, used in research and quality control, especially chromatography will be considered an advantage - Dutch native speaker and Fluently in English are essential
